Stargate Universe Imagery Appreciation Thread (Spoilers)

I just thought some of the things they've shot and the way it's been filmed so far has been beautiful, some notable images:

If you're wondering how he eats & breathes, and other science facts...(la! la! la!)
Then repeat to yourself its just a show, I should really just relax.

What an awesome idea for a thread. Nice to see something that isn't negativity and bashing for once. You're right, SGU has some incredibly stunning visuals so far. Looking forward to more

Dude you just took 3 of my shots!

That shot of Scott and the Priest in the desert is just surreal.

            Anyways...

            Sorry for the Syfy watermark.

I read the title as "Stargate Universe Imaginery Appreciation Thread" for a second there

It does have some fantastic shots. Nice to see a change from British Columbia

It's a really, really wonderful shot.

I especially like some of the ones you posted....I meant to put up the ones of the Hammond over the Icarus planet, as well as the exploding planet, but since you've already do it I'll just say how great they look

This one is brilliant, you can barely tell that it's CG!

No, I'm pretty sure it's not. They sent a prop gate to New Mexico for the desert shoot.

One that spins? Watch the scene, I'm certain it's CG.

Actually mark savela said the spinning was all cg, but the gate was not. He listened to the air part 3 podcast and wrote in.
