What Job would you Do On Serenity

Had this idea for what would be your dream job if you were a member of the crew of Serenity.

For me it would be Ships Cook. Since I remember when Mal was starting to hire a crew. He orginally wanted to hire a cook but never did.

And since Jayne is my fave and one of his hobbies, always seemed to be eating. A perfect gig !!!

So now what would your job be???
