The best episode of Heroes this season so far, last season and the previous season. I loved every bit of it! I felt the excitement I had when watching Season 1! Fantastic episode! I looooove time travel!

Very good episode tonight. Hiro better get Charlie back, and make Samuel pay.

This is a big chance for him to step up as a hero.

1 of the best heroes episodes i've seen since the first season...i like the direction they're taking Hiro...its making up for his uselessness he had last season...lets hope they work the same magic on Peter, because the character really hasn't improved much from last season...

next weeks episode also looks like it'll be pretty exciting...

1 little disappointment i had about the episode, spoilers about the episode i read a few weeks back mentioned that Hiro ends up killing Sylar in the past which dramatically screws up the future...it would have been interesting to see how that would have played out...but, it is just a little disappointment, the episode was great overall...

It was good, but my final opinion of the episode is going to be determined by how future episodes react to this one.

Also I practically lost it when Hiro referenced the SNES RPG Chrono Trigger ("The marle to my Crono").

This was the best episode in a loooong time. I like this direction they're taking Hiro in. It's starting to make up for his role as just being the comic relief last season.

Thoroughly enjoyed this latest episode, though it does raise a lot of questions. I think we can conclude that Sylar doesn't like the thought of dying alone, with nobody to care and / or remember him. Begs the question of whether or not Hiro has changed the future to a point in which Sylar hasn't continued on that quest of his.

In addition to this, where does this leave the future? The future that Hiro went too with Samuel, was 'Nathan' at that carnival? Would he have ever ended up there? Heck, what would the status of Arthur be in this future? Cause if Sylar changed, and didn't become the psychopath that he is, would he have ever been involved with the Petreli family, would have have ever killed Nathan? - Ok, so we know the latter due to Adrian leaving the show, but the rest of it holds value.

Was great to see Mohinder (even though unconscious) at the end of the episode too. So much for his superior strength, Samuel knocking him out.

I doubt there'll be changes in the timeline with Sylar learning about his 'death' (since that'd be just too much to focus on for the writers). I thought I read somewhere that Hiro accidently kills Sylar, but then horribly screws up the timeline so he goes back in time to prevent himself from going back in time in the first place so Charlie still dies... Ah well, I think I'll like this version even more, with Hiro having to help Samuel who looks like to have killed Mohinder? Not sure whether he's dead or not, but it does explain why we haven't seen him in the first episodes this season.
    Mia: Don't you hate that?
    Vincent: Hate what?
Mia: Uncomfortable silences. Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullsh*t in order to be comfortable?
    Vincent: I don't know. That's a good question.
Mia: That's when you know you've found somebody really special: you can just shut the f*** up for a minute and comfortably share silence.

you sure he was unconscious? he looked awfully dead to me...he had what appeared to be bullet holes in him...

Well, Mohinder's fate should be determined in the next episode.

    Mmm damn good episode

Its proof that some of the best stories involve hiro, he's just such an interesting character. I'd much prefer an episode focused on him rather than Bennet or Claire which i find incredibly boring most of the time. (Teenage Angst and Shady men in glasses only go so far before its boring).

I was on the edge of my seat wishing for everything to turn out, especially when Sylar was fixing Charlie, i half expected him to turn on Hiro while his attention was focused on Charlie (Never turn your back on a serial killer lol, especially one with super powers).

As i said i was on the edge of my seat waiting for it to all turn out but had a feeling it wouldn't be so simple and bang there we have it, Charlie lost in time although as soon as i saw her name tag on the ground i thought Samuel had let Sylar kill her seeing as hes at the carnival anyway. Samuel is one heartless sob and i really hope this little arc turn out to have a happy ending with the rescue of Charlie.

    To sum up

    - Hiros cat and mouse, awesome, having the balls to 'play' with Sylar, tense stuff.
    - Seamless integration of past episodes events/content into the time travel stuff. It fit together nicely.
    - Sylar fixing Charlie, interesting, but how can he 'see' she has an anursysm or hiro has a tumor by just looking at her? Surely if he can see whats going on with stuff like that which is happening in the brain then he doesn't have to slice a persons skull off to get their ability? Surely he could just look at anyone he wanted to 'learn' their power so to speak, plot hole, writing goof perhaps?
    - Samuels manipulation of Hiro, i hope he gets whats coming to him

No Sylar never had to cut people heads open to learn there power, he could simply absorb them like peter but he evil and does the head cutting opening thing anyway for fun. This was demonstrated last season.

    Extremely good episode.

i just hope they dont end up doing to Charlie what they did to that Caitlin character from season 2...which is leaving her stuck somewhere in time and never hearing anything about the character again...although Caitlin was stuck in a alternate future, they never even tried to explain what became of her...

To be honest, I wasn't really focusing on his body.

Though it the timeline is restored, and Samuel has indeed killed Mohinder, it would explain the actor leaving the show...

By all accounts, Sylar only learnt that he had the empathy power after he met Arthur. As far as Sylar knew, he had to cut people's heads open in order to get what he wanted.

Thats one girl we're never going to see again. All being that future doesn't exist anymore, Caitilin is simply 'gone'.

You'd have thought, the minute Peter had the time travel ability again, he'd be like "oh crap, best go rescue Catilian."

I guess it will depend on if they do plan on following it up and if her schedule allows for a return.
