I posted a Helen/John adventure/angst fic called "Dark Water" and (God knows what got into me, I think my Will/Helen friends were hounding me) but I posted a Helen/Will (future fic...just can't put those two together right now) called "Scared to Turn". Yes, it is a good one! I posted a review for that. I swear, Ashley fics are making me cry lately. Anyway, I favorited this one. I've been emailing the author about other things (friend stuff/my stories) and she writes BSG too, in case anyone is interested. This may be her first Sanctuary fic. I had a thought folks Since most of us are familiar with the Comic Con promo/trailer that was seen this year or rather most of us watch it on youtube I thought it might be neat if we wanted to choose a scene from that preview and write a little tag/expansion on it to fill the time until we get the season premiere this Friday in...oh let's see here, 5 days, 6 hours & 27 minutes here on the East Coast according to my clock.

Okay, popping over here to also shamelessly plug my own fic.

All that sugary sweetness of my last fic inspired me to write a short Helen/James/John (in a way...you'll understand when you read it) angst fic called

Elegance

This was supposed to be about two things: Helen and music. 'Cause I like to think that she did something else in her free time back in the Victorian-era - other than study sciences I mean. I wasn't able to find some time to write right away (had already enough to write for school), so I thought about it a lot. Then, I realised I didn't know that much about music, so it could be hard to make believable. One has to write about what she knows right?

So I changed my idea a little. InnerSpace's special on Sanctuary Season 3 is to blame. There's no season 3 spoiler, don't be afraid. It's just that Amanda's interview in it made me think about a third thing to add to this story: high heels. How does Helen Magnus do to look amazing while walking, and running, and fighting, in those shoes? It's not human - I know, she's an abnormal. Lame joke.

Anyway, this story took another twist and I'm glad it did. Finally got some time to sat down and write it.
