So a few weeks ago, I finally finished my sg1 collection, by buying Season 9 and 10. I sat them next to my desk, and forgot about them til now.. I started reading the back of the boxes, and noticed on season 10... "the team, led by Daniel Jackson" when did Daniel take control of the team? lol I assumed it went Jack to Cam. not Jack to Dan.

Yeah, I find the boxes have a few, but interesting errors. Did you notice for Meridian, Season 5, when you click on the title, and have the choice of playing it, scene selection, or going back, that it shows The Sentinel, which appears in the previous episode, but not at all in Meridian?

Actually, I think whoever put those box sets together and did the printing on said box sets conveniently forgot that Sam had actually been the leader of SG1 for a year.

Hmm, I didn't even realise SG1 only had three members.

I suppose that's because in season 8 they didn't go out on many missions, as such.

Easy answer: the DVD production house (which I believe was Fox by season 10) has nothing to do with the series production and gets things wrong.

theres errors on most of the box sets, whether textual or images....like atlantis season 3...what is up with everyones faces?
