Hi I was listening to a song the other day and I immediatly thought of Rodney Mckay and before I tell you the theme song, I am a fan of Rodney and I think David Hewlitt is awesome!

The song was Paranoid by the Jonas Brothers (No I dont like the JoBro's it just happened to be on the radio), It's been in my head since.

Have you ever heard a song and thought up a character or even a couple on either SGA or SG1

Every time I hear a song I try to equate it with Stargate or an SGA/SG1 character. I try to imagine how the song could be used in a fanvid too.

This happened just yesterday in fact! I can't remember the song tho.


Off the top of my head there's the song "I'm Already There" by Lonestar that(the chorus) reminds me of ascended Daniel. Hell, I even tried writing a fic around it. Mostly because of Revelations, the last scene where Jack and Sam are headed home, Teal'c to his quarters and Hammond to wherever he's going and they feel a slight breeze. They all share a knowing look but put it down to a draft, or a problem with the ventilation system. The look on Jack's face as he turns toward the elevator... he knows it's Daniel.

For McKay, I would say "Stress" by Jim's Big Ego. I just think it fits him perfectly.

and it moves to the bottom of my spine
but it doesn't get there until 5 or 6 o clock
which is the end of the day so I'm fine!
