6.01: "Lost, Part 1"

Spoiler:

((60 second recap of "The Daedalus Variations", "Ghost In The Machine", "Vegas" and "Enemy At The Gate"))

In the edges of Pegasus, a hyperspace window opens just outside an asteroid field, spitting out Two big cruisers of unknown design. The two ships are Black/Silver and appear as if they were covered in black leather... making the ships appearing like giant flying bugs.

On the bridge of the "Lead" ship, a female Alien of some sort looks out through the window... embracing the sight of her new galaxy. As we zoom in on her face, we immediately notice that this is a female version of the Aliens from "The Daedalus Variations". She appears to be the leader of this particular ship and also appears far supperior than her male fellows in both appearance and personality, with bigger eyes which are blue, sharper teeth, and the females also have hair. This one has shorter (to the neck) messier hair which is reddish. She is wearing a clothing which appears to be a mixture of an elegant silver armor and a beautiful black/red dress.

The "Queen" smiles and turns around to a male technician (The Technicians wear black leather suits) and tells him to take them back into hyperspace... and set course for Atlantis (whom they think is still in Pegasus).

-OPENING CREDITS-

Included in the Opening credits for this episode are: Sheppard, Carter, Teyla, Ronon (with a haircut, so the shot is new), Lorne (New this season!), Jonas Quinn (Also New!) and Keller (New shot of her from "The Shrine" when she wears her offworld suit).

After the opening credits, we are with Atlantis, as it travels through hyperspace... heading back to Pegasus.

(NOTE: It has been some time since the events of "Enemy At The Gate")

Inside her office, Samantha Carter is doing some paperwork. The viewers are caught by suprise to see that she is in command of Atlantis again.

Sheppard soon enters the office and smiles at Carter, he says its good to have her back and Carter replies that he has already said that several times for the last few weeks.
She then asks Sheppard how they are doing with the ZPMs and Sheppard replies that Rodney believes they will last this time.
Sam is glad of those news and then tells Sheppard to go and find Ronon and Teyla.
Once Sheppard has left to find the two, we zoom in on Sams face as she remembers...

FLASH TO-

Several weeks earlier, back on Earth. The text "24 hours after the events of "Enemy At The Gate" appears on the screen.
Richard Woolsey has been called to the SGC by the IOA and is nervous to why. He is greeted by Shen Xiaoyi ("No Mans Land", "Remnants") who tells him Woolsey will no longer be the Commander of Atlantis... which Woolsey takes with great shock.
He gets angry and assumes that Shen took the job, but Shen denies. Woolsey then asks who is replacing him... and Shen says Samantha Carter will just as Carter enters the room with a smile.

FLASH BACK TO-

Atlantis in Hyperspace, in Present Time, where McKay is working in his Lab on a way to keep the stardrive going. Keller enters, with a smile on her face.
But McKay is deep into his work and doesnt even look at her when he speaks... which seems to insult Keller.
After a short moment, she makes a lame excuse and leaves... not very happy about McKay choosing work before her.

Meanwhile, Teyla and Ronon enter Carters office, along with Sheppard, Lorne and suprisingly enough JONAS QUINN. We zoom in on Jonas and then-

FLASH TO-

Atlantis on Earth, several weeks ago, where Sheppard, Rodney and the others are awaiting the arrival of "A new team member" before they leave for Pegasus. Sheppard makes a comment that he is glad the IOA finally decided that "Atlantis is more valuable in Pegasus".
Carter and... JONAS QUINN suddenly come down the stairs leading down from the Jumper Bay. Jonas says hi to his new team and they greet him back.

FLASH BACK TO-

Present time, In Carters Office, where we immediately notice that Ronon has gotten a haircut during his time on Earth and his hair is now very short and he is clean shaven (No beard, that means). As we zoom in on Ronon, we-

FLASH TO-

Atlantis on Earth, several weeks ago, Ronon and Sheppard are in the mess hall. Sheppard suddenly brings up why Ronon has never gotten a haircut, Ronon stares at Sheppard with a confused look on his face.

FLASH BACK TO-

Carters office, in Present Time, where the team is discussing which Planet to land Atlantis on once they get back to Pegasus (which is why Carter called Teyla and Ronon to her office, as they know Pegasus best). Teyla suggests a water planet called "Thoraxx", which is in the edges of the galaxy and they should be able to get there quickly once they arrive in Pegasus.
Carter and John consider... and then decide that they should head for "Thoraxx".
Once the others have left, Carter and Sheppard discuss how things are with Todd. Sheppard doesnt answer yet, and remembers-

FLASH TO-

Atlantis on Earth, several weeks ago, where Sheppard enters Todds holding cell... asking him if he knows where they can find any more ZPMs to power the Atlantis stardrive again. Todd says that he does not, Sheppard doesnt fully believe him... but after a short conversation understands that Todd really doesnt know any other place with a ZPM.

After only a moment... Sheppard is called to the Gate room by Carter. Once he arrives there, Carter tells him that an SG team just discovered a full ZPM on a planet they were exploring... and that the found ZPM along with the ones already in Atlantis are enough to power The Stardrive. Sheppard then says (NOTE: This scene is before the scene that introduced Jonas on Earth) that all they now need is the blessing of the IOA, to which Carter replies "When pigs fly, im afraid".

FLASH BACK TO-

Present Time, where Sheppard just enters Todds holding cell. Todd rises up in his cell, smiles and then greets Sheppard. Sheppard merely stares in response.

Meanwhile, Keller has returned to Rodneys lab and confesses her feelings about him ignoring her. Rodney apologizes and after a small chat they hug, Keller then lets him return to his work and tells him that she will see him in his quarters tonight, then she leaves.

Teyla is meditating in her quarters, when Ronon enters and shares the news that they will reach Pegasus soon. Teyla thanks him for the info, then she yet again tells him how much better he looks with short hair. Ronon simply says "Thanks... i guess". After a short moment of silence, he asks if she would like company in her meditating and she replies with a smile:
"Only if you dont fall asleep again."
They both share a laugh.

Back in Pegasus, The "Bug ships" are just spit out of a hyperspace window above New Lantea.

On the bridge of the "Lead" ship, The "Queen" is shocked to learn that Atlantis is... gone.

Meanwhile, Atlantis just drops out of hyperspace in the edges of Pegasus.
Carter enters Jonas quarters and tells him that they have arrived in Pegasus, Jonas says he will be right with her. Carter and Jonas then have a short conversation about how Jonas and most of his people survived the "Langara Ori incident", thankfully. Then Carter says how good it feels working with him again. The two of them share a tense moment (Tense in a good way, not bad)... but they are interrupted by Sheppard contacting them and telling them to get to the control room IMMEDIATELY.

Our team has now gathered in the control room, and Sheppard tells them that they have detected over 40 strange Alien ships all over Pegasus... and strangest of it all, he says, is that the ships are all disturbingly simular to the mothership the Aliens from "The Daedalus Variations" had. Carter, who wasnt in Command during that incident, is the least shocked of them all.
But the most distrubing of it all, Sheppard continues, is that Two of the ships are at New Athos. Teylas eyes widen and she is TRULY shocked to learn that her beloved Kanaan might be dead.

Just a few moments later, Carter tells Amelia Banks to dial New Athos... but the Gate cannot be accesed, suggesting it has been destroyed

Meanwhile, Sheppard and Ronon head of to find Teyla and see if she is okey.

The "Lead Bug Ship" is travelling through hyperspace. On the bridge, "The Queen" has sat down on her control chair.
The Technician from earlier tells her that they will reach Atlantis (whom they have now located) soon. We zoom in on "The Queen" as she smiles evil, then she orders the Technician to contact The Commander and tell him to gather the soldiers... then she returns to simply waiting.

Atlantis is travelling through hyperspace towards New Athos. Carter and Jonas are waiting nervously in the control room, Sheppard soon enters and says that Ronon is with Teyla, comforting her. Carter says to John that they will arrive at New Athos soon and will attempt to attack those ships, Sheppard asks Carter if they are really in condition for a fight and Sam replies that they have no choice.

Atlantis soon arrives and is "greeted" by the two "Bug Ships" firing green energy blasts at them... which are draining Atlantis shield faster than expected.

((A 15 minute battle ensues... which results into one of the "Bug Ships" exploading and the discovery that there is only Two life signs down on New Athos and that most of the Athosians are prisoners aboard the surviving "Bug ship", which then enters hyperspace... and is gone))

After the shock of the battle and the discovery of the Athosians capture (Ronon having to comfort Teyla again) Carter sends John, Lorne and some soldiers to go down to the planet and check out the life signs, she also tells them to be carefull.

A while later, The team has went down to New Athos by Jumper and are approaching the lifesigns.

And as Sheppard and Lorne see two figures behind a tree... they approach.

The two figures are revealed to be... "ELIZABETH WEIR/FRAN" and JINTO standing close to eachother, Weir (Last seen floating in space in "Ghost In The Machine") looking scared and confused.
And as we zoom in on the shocked face of Sheppard-

END EPISODE.

NOTES:

There is a scene featuring Beckett which had to be cut which revealed that he was the one flying Atlantis back to Pegasus (In the controlchair, of course).

Ill release it later.
