The Great City of the Furlings?

, this series will pretty much circle around an expedition travelling to the far off great city of the Furlings. Once our team arrive there, they find a high tech race of Immortal (Immortal as in "not dying of old age") humans that are the anscestors of the long gone Furlings, the race is called The Sethurans, who are suffering a war within, the conflict circles around ONE specific thing, drinking blood, a long time ago, the remaining Furlings suffered from a decease that shortly after turned them into Alien (from the move with the same name) like creatures that thirsted for human blood, The Sethurans had the same symptom, but they came up with a vaccination that made the bloodthirst go away for the coming 48 hours, the problem, and the beginning of the internal conflict, was that not all of them wanted to take the vaccine. And now in the present, our team arrives, determant to try and help the suffering race. But the galaxy itself is also suffering... from the bloodthirsty creatures once called "The Furlings"...NOTE:
The Furling city is called "Venala", the series title name
