that was such a rubbish episode i actually laughed out loud when charlotte said daniel was that man and he pulled away and did the whole "looking confused and scared dramaticaly look" which he does every episode, also where the hell was penny she said she was going with penny but nooooo, and they had just so overdone the music locke says sun never should have left and they do the whole the dramatic omg music as if this is a revelation but weve known it for ages and its driving me crazy

I think Penny just said she was going with him to LA. I don't know why you expected Desmond to show up to a place like that with his wife and kid.

Um... looking after her son I'd guess. Giving Desmond's experiences on the island do you honestly think he would let Penny or Charlie go there with him before he's sussed it out?

You may have known it for ages. Doesn't mean Jin did. The group on the island are only just learning that fact. So for them, it is dramatic. Yes, the season 3 finale let the audience know that for some reason Jack wanted to go back to the island, and the season 4 finale showed us a bit more and gave us a bit of a puzzle. But it's only really this season where we're learning about the why they need to go back. And that's the part that has interested me more, rather than a vague idea from previous seasons that they have to go back for some reason. So, I don't know, I guess I don't really see 4 weeks as an age.

Quick question: When Jin comes out of the woods onto the beach to find the two dead French guys a friend of mine swears he went back and rewatched it and paused it and the two dead guys were the same person, and not only that they were both also Robert (Danielle's baby daddy).

Did anyone else notice this? Can anyone confirm or deny?

They do look very similar when photographed from the dead body angle with the same amount of facial hair growth ... but I do think they are different.
