maybe, but maybe not

air- they arrive at what they think is a planet but really a giant ball of gas, or 'air'. maybe they get too close and the gases have a corrosive effect on the hull
fire-when landing on a planet their ship accidentally causes a bush fire, or fire metaphorically, the tension between the ppl on the ship
water- they meet a man on a planet named water who agrees to help but, but he has an alteria motive. or maybe a pregnant woman named water needs their help?
earth-they lose control of the ship and may crash into the 'earth' of another planet

all speculation, but i would rather keep an open mind then believe i know what's gonna happen. you may be right, the writers aren't all that inventive with their titles (with the exception of Gero imo)

That's what I'm thinking too. With the initial crisis of the opening three parter over the group truly realise that they are trapped onboard destiny with no way of getting home. Things then come to a head between the different personalities onboard. It kind of fits with the whole.....more character based feel of the show.

Episode 107 is called Fork, they have nothing to eat with and must go in search of flatware.

Seeing as they have said the first couple episodes take place strictly onboard the Destiny. Air is going to be something along the lines as "oh noes we needs the air". Fire will have something to do with a fire onboard the ship, "oh noes the fire, shut the door and starves it". Water will be "oh noes I are dehydrated, where the waters?" And Earth will be the episode when they finally travel off ship.
