I did have a site that I was putting my stuff on, which was Jumperbay, but as the bay has been hacked AGAIN I find that I want to look at other sites. I've tried fanfiction.net by the way and didn't care for it at all. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing, from "Jumperbay", that you write SGA fic? I don't know anything about Atlantis archives but if you do a Google of "Atlantis fanfiction" a bunch of archive sites come up that you can peruse and choose from based on their requirements.
I personally use fanfiction.net so I don't have any other suggestions for you. -
I've never posted there, but I've heard that http://www.wraithbait.com/ is good for atlantis fic.Comment

There is always Heliopolis as well. It has 3 sites SG1 fic, Atlantis and adult stuff.
