To get them, you'll need to buy the TV soundtracks. You can get the SG-1 theme from a soundtrack featuring music from "Children of the Gods" or a Best of Season 1 compilation.
You can get the Atlantis theme from the "Rising" soundtrack. 
All three CD's are available at Amazon.com.
