    SUN TV Announces Fall Line-Up

This Fall, SUN TV is expanding into both London and Ottawa and growing its schedule to be bigger and better. The Fall line up includes great new shows, returning favorites and local productions that make SUN TV "Fun To Watch".

"We are staying true to our strategy of consistent growth with Prime Time simulcasts, creative fringe programming, and this Fall a late night lineup of comedy and movies. We offer something for everyone throughout the day." Don Gaudet, GM Programming.

    BIG HITS
Carrying on with the successes of last season, returning shows include "60 Minutes", "48 Hours Mystery", "Dateline", "One Tree Hill", "The Game", "George Lopez", "Scrubs", "America's Funniest Home Videos", and the afternoon classic blocks featuring "The Incredible Hulk", "Beachcombers", "Danger Bay", "Columbo", "McCloud", and "McMillan & Wife"

New to SUN TV's prime time this Fall, are All New episodes of recognizable favorites "Smallville" and "Supernatural" and the syndicated strip of "Becker", starring Ted Danson.

    "SMALLVILLE"-premieres Thursday September 18, 2008 @ 8pm
Smallville tells the tale of a teenage Clark Kent in the days before he was Superman. It is the town where he came from where very strange things started happening with his arrival in a spaceship in the midst of a meteor storm of green rocks. Clark must deal with a variety of individuals given powers by the green rocks, while keeping his powers a secret. In addition, he must cope with his friendship with a young Lex Luthor (who becomes more villainous each season), and balance the two girls in his life, Chloe and Lana. Going into its 8th season, Clark and his cousin, Super Girl, will face a new villain, and he will come closer to becoming the hero of legend.

    "SUPERNATURAL"-premieres Thursday September 18, 2008@ 9pm
This television drama is about two brothers, Sam and Dean, who were raised by their father John. The brothers were brought up to hunt and kill all things that go "bump in the night" after their mother Mary, was murdered by something supernaturally evil when they were young. Twenty- two years later, the brothers set out on a journey, fighting evil along the way, to find their recently missing father. When they finally meet up, he reveals he knows what killed their mother, a demon, and has found a way to track and kill it. Meanwhile, Sam starts to develop frightening abilities that include death visions, visions of people dying before it actually happens. These visions are somehow connected to the demon who murdered his mother and its mysterious plans that seem to be all about Sam. When their father dies striking a deal with the very same devil that had killed his wife, the brothers, now alone and without their mentor, are determined to finish the crusade their father started. But disturbing revelations about Sam's part in the demon's apocalyptic plans are presented when John's dying last words to Dean are revealed.

    "BECKER"-premieres Monday September 1, 2008 @ 7pm
Dr. John Becker runs a clinic in New York City. He is assisted by super-capable Margaret Wyborn and less-than-capable Linda, who's only kept on because no one else can stand the doctor. Becker's best (some would say only) friend is the blind Jake Malinak, who runs a newsstand in the diner across the street. The diner used to be run by Reggie Kostas, but it has been taken over by Chris Conner, a lady whom Becker fluctuates between loathing and being attracted to. The diner is also frequented by Robert Benito, who is universally known as Bob and is the super at Becker's apartment (much to the doctor's regret).

Big Movies: HDFLICKS premieres Friday September 5, 2008 @ 8pm
SUN TV will showcase HD movies every Friday night. Popular titles include Bowfinger, Housesitter, Meet the Parents, Apollo 13, Backdraft and Dante's Peak to name a few.

New daytime programming premiering Monday September 1, 2008
Includes "People's Court" weekdays at 11am, Stargate SG-1 weekdays at 1pm and "A-Team" weekdays at 3pm.

    Late night SUN TV
Starting at midnight Monday-Friday look for All New episodes of "Comics Unleashed" with Byron Allen. Thursday-Friday at 12:30am we crank it up with Action Flicks.

Weekends bring Boston Legal (the early years)-premieres Saturday September 27, 2008 @ 9pm
Led by an Emmy® Award-winning cast, BOSTON LEGAL tells the professional and personal stories of a group of brilliant but often emotionally challenged attorneys. Fast-paced and darkly comedic, the series confronts social and moral issues, while its characters continually stretch the boundaries of the law. Season 1-4 will air Saturday/Sunday at 9pm

Local In House Productions: BIG TALENT, BIG FUN
Informational, provocative, and always entertaining local in-house productions continue to thrive at SUN TV, produced with their convergence partners at SUN Media. "Canoe Live" breaks down the day's events; providing analysis, debate and commentary with a point of view. "The Casino Rama Grill Room" continues to deliver daily, fast-paced, high-energy talk about sports, featuring irreverent opinion from credible, connected panelists. And every weekend "Inside Jam!" serves up a slick, smart and funny roundup from the world of entertainment, shining the spotlight on the biggest stars in Hollywood and Hollywood North.
