Considering McKay is one of my fav SGA characters, this is definitely a heartbreaking episode. I didn't cry but I was pretty saddened. Slowly losing his intelligence which he is known for and is the most important thing to him is truly the worse thing. It's also sad because Alzheimer's is real and no laughing matter.
