Where would you live?

If you could pick any show or ship to live on, what would it be, and what would you do?

I'd personally pick Deep Space 9 (station AND series). Even though I'd be threatened by impending war and conflict, the Enterprise-D just seemed boring, the Voyager... well let's just say I don't like the crew My second choice would be the Enterprise NX-01. The original Enterprise is also good.

Deep Space Nine is nice for its social setting, the promenade, Quarks, the holosuites. Plenty to do

I would probably agree with DS9. As long as I had my own ship docked there so I could flee when Dukat and Weyoun came calling with their Jem'Hadar

DS9 for sure, but an occasional trip to Risa wouldn't be out of the question.

I'd be a science officer, probably at least a Lieutenant. Female obviously, and a human-Klingon hybrid somewhat less obviously.

What do you think? A Lieutenant is unlikely to be a first officer, but I'm working on it. In the meantime, sharing the captain's cabin is a nice perk.

1. The original Enterprise. The universe would still be a new, exciting place and you'd get to explore in an era of peace. Not to mention all the great people, from Spock to Kirk to some hot yeoman, that you'd get to work with.

2. Enterprise D. Basically the same as above, except it would probably have a nicer social setting with entire families, Ten Forward, and Poker.

3. Earth in any series, I like the planet.

4. Voyager. A whole new galaxy to explore, but Neelix would get on my nerves.


Personally the setting in DS9 would be one of the last places I would pick. Why would I want to go to an era where's there's a horrible war raging?
