I didn't have any real standout episodes from this season, UNlike season 3. Still good ones, but nothing to shout about, unfortunately.

Well of course not, you missed out Our Man Bashir and I don't think I remember a Garak episode such as in seasons 2 & 3 in season 4

I think that while there might not have been an actual "stand out" episode in season 4, the general quality of the episode was definitely better. I had a hard time figuring out 14 episodes and actually had to remove some episodes I wanted to vote for.
