I doubth it, because if they were they could have used Atlantis it self to figth the Wraith. They would have built ZPM's and Drone weapons to last for ever.Or could have move Atlantis to another planet or back to Earth.

the ancient from atlantis are they same from milky way, just go and see quest part 2,then daniel say that hi has merlins memeyris from atlantisand whatce befor i sleep episode in season 1 of atlantis then you see that they are the same -
