I figure that the scenes in Rhapsody in Blue (the ones at the beach with the young John shouting about the water snakes) are on Bondi as well. In the episode, you can see the outline of a house, and there's a very similar house near Bondi, around where it was located in the shot.

I'd say start there as the vast majority of Farscape episodes are not stand alone episodes and thus events that happen in one episode carry over into the story for the next one and the rest of the season.
It would be kind of difficult, imo, to watch them out of order and skip episodes and still be able to fully enjoy the show.
And with Season 3 you have to follow two separate story lines in alternating episodes as the crew gets split up in the seventh episode and won't reunite until near the very end of the season.
