lol sorry, it was a copy from a copy of a copy etc. =] this questionaire has been in many different forms so it's become a little untidy and this one came from a printed questionaire, it only requires a few taps on the keyboard to fix =]

          1. How often do you watch films in any form?
          Every day.

          2. What is your preferred format for watching a film?
          DVD.

          3. Why?
No need for theatre-talkers to go to a special Hell.

          4. How often do you watch Sci-Fi films?
          Most days.

          5. What format do you watch them in? DVD, Box Office, TV, Cinema?
What? Didn't I answer this already?

          6. Why do you like/dislike sci-fi films?
I like 'em because they explore contemporary problems from a comfortably objective distance.

          7. Do you enjoy a specific sub genre of sci-fi? Like comedies, dramas,
          romances?
          If it's good, it's good.

          8. Do you enjoy sci-fi films more with bigger stars acting in them?
          No.

          9. Can you name some of your favourite sci-fi films?
Serenity, Blade Runner, Planet Of The Apes (original), Superman The Movie (if that qualifies as SF in you mind), Star Trek The Motion Picture, Pitch Black, Aliens, Terminator 1&2, I Robot, Back To The Future, Predator- I'd better cut this short....

          10. Why are they your favourites?
The human drama beneath the SF veneer.

          11. If you see a sci-fi film would you then watch the follow up TV series?
          Maybe.

          12. Why?
          It might be good.

          13. If you follow a Sci-fi TV show will you watch the related films?
          Yes.

          14. Why?
Sometimes you get a "Star Trek TMP" or "Serenity"!

          15. Do you think TV to Film Sci-fi’s or Film to TV Sci-Fi’s are better
          than one off Sci-fi films?
          No.

          16. Why?
The illogic of this question belays any cogent response.

          17. Do you think modern sci-fi films are better than the ones made before the year 2000 and why?
No. Good films depend on good writing- this exists in all eras, you just need to look.

          18. How do you find out about sci-fi films? TV adverts, magazines, internet?
I search for under-the-radar buzz online these days.

          19. Which do you prefer?
          Specify.

          20. Do you have any comments or discussion to add after doing this questionnaire?[/QUOTE]
This was fun, albeit sort of light-weight.

          21. Just for the sake of it, can you tell me why you think stargate the original film was so amazing?
They created great characters and put them in a situation that was relatively fresh.

              Not really

              8. Do you enjoy sci-fi films more with bigger stars acting in them?

              17. Do you think modern sci-fi films are better than the ones made before the year 2000 and why?
