Tok'ra Allegiance is a good one - in fact, you might have noticed my story references it with Malek talking to a Kallan woman. Very well written and totally in keeping with the story as I remember it. That takes skill.

I have read "Brothers in Arms". It is a very good story. I especially like the descriptions of the "ordinary" Goa'uld living their ordinary lives

I have attached three files. There are really a lot of gen stories that are good/ok or not so good, which all contains Tok'ra. I don't want to flood this thread with those, hence the attachments. There are one file called ff_net_stories.zip. It will unzip to ff_net_stories.html. Download it, unzip it and open it in a browser. You will get a list of all gen Tok'ra-stories which are not as good as those posted yesterday. Some of them are still pretty good, though. The two text files contains links/info about the same files, just split in two for space - one for ok/good, one for not so good, stories.

I will post those links, but I think I'll wait a few days. I've already flooded this thread sufficiently for a while I have posted a few S/M fanfic links in the Sam/Martouf/Lantash ship thread - I have a suspicion those were the once you wanted?

Note, however, the ship fanfics on the list I have are not all ships between Tok'ra (by a long shot) or Tok'ra/someone from SGC. The stories are on the list because there are Tok'ra in the story. The pairing may be Sam/Jack or Sam/Daniel for instance (though there are also a lot with one or more Tok'ra involved).
