Well Mckay is one of my favorite characters on the show and he has shown he is not physical in any way; And he has A LOT of fears, and i must say a bit of a hypochondriac as well but for him to put his life on the line to save Keller and Cater showed alot about Mckay that he is not as selfish as people might think he is. And as far as Keller is concerned we really don't know that much about her except when she went off world with Teyla and she showed that she was a major wimp but i think the more we dig into to character, she will come through and prove to be tough, she got a little bit of back bone when she was off world so who knows she may turn out to be really tough when it calls for it.
