You could tie it all together and say that the actor who played the Clown is the same actor who played Luke (AKA "Food Server") in 48 Hours, the ep where he was in the cafeteria with Carter when they were serving LEMON CHICKEN!! OHNOES!!

I think the clown was Joe Flanigan. His face is so similar.
