I would say .....*clears throat and gets serious* during the actual act of peeing....you are mightily accurate....but the dribbles in the end.....and that little shake thing you do.... is what causes the pee to find it's way onto the seat.

That argument is long settled in my house. Seat and cover down if I'm not using it. I use that chlorinated blue crap and I don't want the cats drinking it.

well i have seen my own dog drink storm sewer water. granted it's only rainwater,,,but still gross
