Ehm...I think the BBC got their wording wrong...me and my mum have been reading over it and there's nothing else on the internet...

So...I dunno...Should I say sorry, or should the BBC say sorry?

Cos that is a stupid way to word it...me and my mum both thought it meant he was dead.

All I gather from that opening paragraph is that his dream (of being Joseph) has died.

I suppose they could have worded it a wee bit better.
