When the time Dilation field went up around the ship, the whole ship was in it, right? So why couldn't they then move the ship while still within the field. The ship must also have been in the slow time with SG1 becuase they could use all the synthesisers and the power core and stuff, so why not use the sublight engines?

If they could move the field with the ship, then it'd work. But since they didn't do that, we have to assume they can't move the field. I'd find that a good assumption to make anyway, Moving the field would create all kinds of complications.
If they tried to fly out of the field while it was active, the ship would be crushed against itself by the intense tidal forces.
Also, the ship wasn't in "slow time", then they would have died instantly.
Time was moving faster for them, so they were in fast time if you want to phrase it like that
