Ori are dead, Adria had her celestial necklace removed, had a symbiote implanted in her, got zat'd once during then cage rescue, only a few hours go by, got zat'd yet again, operated on, got toxic poison fed into her, brink of death, woke up, ascended. Talk about a long day.

But that's not the point of this post. Point is, being zat'd twice should've killed her. Was this an oversight / mistake? Surely they were rushing to the season finale, but to have science and things from the beginning of the series being twisted and manipulated and what was initial understanding of how things are in the beginning to just be VOID is well... confusing.

As seen in the episode Prodigy', the effects of a Zat hit last a few minutes before the electrical charge wears off. After this has happened, you can in theory be hit with another Zat blast without it killing.

The show has never come out and stated just how long a person must wait before they'd be able to survive a second shot. Second shots usually don't happen to a person in more than one episode, it takes time before it happens again and that's why Adria didn't die.

As for the movie, I'd bet good money on her making an appearance. Can't exactly leave her out if her ascension as the only surviving Orii is the reason they go their home galaxy.
