teh satalite was working only one like one percent power from a naq. generator, i think that mckay would have found sheilds on in if he had enough time. although a cloaked satalite wuold be interesting. and seriously i bet mckay could find the blueprints if he absoluetly needed to but theres one problem to that, they prolly don't have the right resources to make one let alone 2 or more

they had blue prints of atlantis so they must have blue prints of a tech or in this case a satilite
