~Technical and Historical Notes~
There came a time were the existing Tau’ri designed ships began to have no effect with their enemies. So the Gate Alliance Treaty Organization set out to build a ship that would be larger and stronger than the ships they had. Boeing Interstellar which was a largely civilian company presented a design that towered over all the other designs. The ECC Heavy Assault Fighter Transport was crowned the new carrier of the Tau’ri fleet.

It can be scaled down, uhhhh, remember that the daedalus it greater than 585 meters long, and I personally thinks its around 700 meters long. So I think that its cool at just under three deadalus' lengths. I think i'll be good at 1400 meters long

Still too big. It doesn't need to be incredibly big if more space is devoted to it's hangars, like the Challenger. It's to heavily armed for a carrier and the cloak needs to be removed as well.

I'd like to point out that shields and hyperdrives will all be human designed. The standard powersource will be a stable version of the Mark 2..

I wouldn't make it any bigger than 700. I'd also take off the nukes and give it mostly anti-fighter weapons unless you want a battlecarrier.
