B: Won't they consider it a bit odd that petitioners aren't giving valid addresses? If a lot of people do that, they'll probably suspect someone's not playing right and cheating the system, thus invalidating the whole petition and no doubt angering quite a few of the valid signers. Although it's more likely invalid address signatures simply won't be counted. Either way, it's counter-productive.Cogito ergo dubito.
