There are some but the problem I have is pausing it and getting a good enough pic to use.

Ever, sometimes I will pause while watching vids and then I will 'snip' the picture. It's a program that comes with windows, looks like little scissors cutting an oval.

It isn't I tried resetting it keeping my files and that failed then I tried resetting and losing all my files still no luck. The only thing I haven't tried yet is using a recover disk but I don't have one.
