Come to think of it, are there any other big epic fantasy films?????
I'll just stick by my usual recommendation and say Princess Bride. Not really epic in scale, but probably the best fantasy movie out there, aside from LotR. Of course you've probably seen it already.

I don't usually think of Princess Bride as fantasy but I suppose it is. It's one of the best films evah... probably the most quotable film.
I liked Shrek... but I didn't think there was anything kiddieish about it.
Time Bandits was odd but interesting. Clash of the Titans is probably somewhat dated these days.
Personally speaking, I don't think anyone makes fantasy films like the Japanese animators.

Willow. Not so much epic as in 20 hours long, but its very, very fantasy. Something right out of a novel, so well conceptualized to the screen. Kind of old school, but definitely still awesome. (And trust me, I know fantasy. I consider myself a conneseuir of sorts. )
Also, another vote for Princess Bride.
Not too many pure fantasy movies out there, and even fewer good ones. A lot of the "fantasy" movies you see on the shelves are really sci-fi.
