To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Trek, a special hardbook edition book is being released - based on the "ships of the Line" calendars. It can be purchased both from the USA and UK [I just preordered mine through Amazon.]

That totally caught my eye last night when I was browsing the Star Trek website. And what about that picture of the crashed starship Columbia. Is there a pocket book story about the Columbia going missing for two centuries?

That is definitely a book I'd like to own. Not a bad price on it too, about £13 sterling.

I know I'm going to buy this book, it looks awesome, and I've bought the calender for the last 2-3 years), I haven't bought the '07 edition, yet.

I will have to see it before I buy it. I hope they include a equal amount of images from all the Trek series.
