Walter isn't the only one who went through some name changes.
I know she's pretty minor, but she played a larger role than usual in The Last Man and I think by season 10 it's possible she'll be another Walter (Chuck of course became another walter in the first couple of seasons, lol!)
She was introduced at Maj Emma Cooper in season 2 and stayed that way for a couple episodes
But in Kindred and Last Man, I think her name is now Capt. Pat Meyers
