The Pro Voyager Thread

I have watched a lot of episodes of VOY lately, and for some reason I like it a lot. So I started the pro Voyager thread.

Why do people hate it? I see why people hate ENT, but I don't see what VOY did wrong (besides air on UPN, but they couldn't help that)
