It's simple - we have a sentance and are allowed to change one word at a time. For example, let's say we start with...
"Jack wears a blue coat."
Someone could change it to:
"Jack loves a blue coat."
Another person could go:
"Jack loves a blue gill."
ALTERNATIVELY, you may add or remove one word. If you do this, you may not change an already-existing word.
Although you may only change one word at a time, punctuation may be changed freely.
Here we go...

Edit - just modifying the rules a bit to keep the game interesting longer.
