DVD Manufacturing Error?

Sorry if this has been covered before. I just purchased the BSG 2.0 DVD and noticed that in the episode "Home pt 1" that the voice track is about one second ahead of the picture. Maybe I am too picky, but it drove me nuts.

If you would like to check your DVD, the delay is most noticeable in the scene where Dee is alone with Adama in his quarters, telling him how he failed the crew. There are a lot of close up shots of mouths.

Was the episode broadcast like this? Are all the DVDs like this, or was my batch defective? I am hoping that only this episode was affected. I watched it first and won't have a chance to watch/check the rest of the episodes for another week.

I will try the disc on my neighbor's dvd player. It behaves the same way each time in my machine, but all the other episodes/dvds in the set are fine. I should have guessed it was the dvd player. The warranty just ran out and it costs a lot more to fix/replace than the BSG set...
