I like most of the Borg/Federation ship battles, like wolf359 and first contact.
I also like the scene when Scotty hit his head on the bulkhead in ST:II after saying "I know this ship like the back of my hand" lolerr, whoooooo?

How about Data singing his 'precious little life forms song' in Generations? That was pretty funny. Then, soon after, him yelling "OH S**T" as the ent-D began its fall. Ah, thats all I can come up with now, mainly cause I watched Generations on tv the other day...
Sheppard: "Y’know, we’ve been having these conversations for a couple of weeks now, and I don’t even know your name. You guys do have names, right? Let me guess...Steve?"
Wraith: "I am your death. That is all you need to know."
Sheppard: "I prefer Steve."

I love the very last little bit of "These are the Voyages" (ENT - supposedly blergh) with the Enterprise captain's voice over. About the only decent thing in that episode >_<
The bit with the fireworks and the bridge in Voyager's "Endgame" was indeed very nice
Wolf 359 was very cool. I also liked the scene in "ST: First Contact" when they make First Contact with the Vulcans and the modified version of it in ENT's "In a Mirror Darkly" X-D Gods, that was hilarious!May our transmatter beams cross again...

My excuse is I have the older movies on one disc, and sometimes I forget where I am. Besides, II + V aren't very good films imo, so I don't pay that much attention to them.
wait, wait, you're saying Wrath Of Khan isn't a good Star Trek Movie?
Anyone else wanna take this one?
