How do I post a hyperlink?

I just noticed my thread was a sticky! I'm easy to please.

I was wondering why we can't post words for a hyperlink anymore. Before we changed over I could press the 'insert link' picture, and a box would pop up asking for the wording to be used. Then it would change to the box for the url. It doesn't seem to do this anymore, as it just asks for the url. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong (it wouldn't be the first time!). Can someone help me, please?

You can do what Eoin suggests OR you can just highlight with your mouse the word(s) in the body of your post that you want the hyperlink attached to and then go click on the link icon, paste in your address, click ok, and your done.

I actually prefer this way over the old method of having to either type or paste the word(s) into the first box that popped up before the box asking for the link. I'm lazy like that.
