vest the the sg teams wear?

If the link works (which is always questionable) it implies that they used to use kevlar but then went to the "ceramic polymer" material to shield their vests against staff blasts.
This might not be the type of info you were looking for, but others can see it also. If you want a picture or the specific model of a vest used in the military I can't help you there.
BTW, that omnipedia article was in the technology section of the omnipedia so I'd say your question could go in here just as much as any other.

im not too sure, but I am sure that not all forces would use P-90s (i.e. heavy assualt). There are prob different kinds of vests

Simple: put the P90 clips in a pouch, clip or velcro the pouch to the vest. That’s the “standard” way to carry non-standard items (like cigars in my case….) There’s all kinds a fasteners on LBEs so I can’t imagine they’d leave em off a tac vest.
