I say watch it all!...I would watch it in this order....
1) The Next Generation: Simply fantastic and will teach you alot about ST.
2) DS9: IMHO the best series, deep and brilliant, plus follows the TNG timeline.
3) Voyager: Same timeline as TNG and DS9 with something different.
4) All the movies!
5) Enterprise and TOSComment

Yeah, i'll second anyone's vote that says TNG first. Personally, i watched Voyager first which wasn't so bad, cos they're out of current affairs and all, but it meant i had a lot of catching up to do with DS9. Either that or do what i do when there's something major i've missed, check wikipedia or buy (something which in a nerdy way i'm proud of buying recently!) the ST encyclopedia. It's immense, but don't ruin it by reading about what happens to everyone at the end of DS9 like i did.

It's cool, Zekk. After DS9, Enterprise is my very favorite Trek series, and I've been watching Trek since I was 7 years old.
