    Default Camelot (SPOILERS)

    http://www.gateworld.net/news/2005/0...rslegend.shtml

So Returning to the Arthurian Legend is a plus but well there doesn't seem to be much urgency in this episode. Theres no rush to find the weapon. SG-1 take a leisurely stroll on a planet and hear talk of a legendary weapon. They go in search of it but apparently its cursed and guarded by a "Black Knight".
Seems more like an average episode than a finale

Still the spoilers are usually misleading and the urgency will probably come from SG-1s desperation to find a weapon for the escalating war with the Ori. Speaking of the Ori I wonder if they are going to make an appearance

Ye, I wouldn't take the spoilers too seriously, theres still a lot we don't know, and it'll be February/March before any of us see the episode so we will hear more info as it comes along, it is apparently going to be the best episode ever and I don't think that they will give us anyhting less.
Equality is not a concept. It's not something we should be striving for. It's a necessity. Equality is like gravity. We need it to stand on this earth as men and women. And the misogyny that is in every culture is not a true part of the human condition. It is life out of balance, and that imbalance is sucking something out of the soul of every man and woman who is confronted with it.

It has been confirmed that this ep will be a cliffhanger aswell as the atlantis ep. From the looks of things this is going to be big if not huge.
Hey SG-1 could scare away the Orii by sining the 'knights of the round table' song from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
Oh Yes the Sam is Back and hes more Sci-fied up than ever !!!!!!!!!

lol. And if that doesn't work SG-1 should still "Always look on the bright side of life..." Any other ways of writing in Monty Python gags?

    Funny you should mention that....

Mitchell actually mentions the knights that say nii in this episode and Teal'c mentions the Easter bunny.

...And of course, a duel to the death between Mitchell and the black knight which ends with Mitchell running ahead to find the ancient weapon while the black night hobbles around on stubs threatening to bite him.

There is definitely more to "Camelot" than the spoilers let on. What we have so far looks to be primarily from the first 12-15 minutes of the show.

Yes, it was the mention of the black night that got my attention. Tis but a scratch.
Joseph Mallozzi -"In the meantime, I'm into season 5 of OZ (where the show takes an unfortunate hairpin turn into "the not so wonderful world of fantasy")"

^^^ Kinda sounds like seasons 9 and 10 of SG-1 to me. Thor, ya got Aspirin?

AGateFan has officially Gone Fishin (with Jack, Sam, Daniel, Teal'c) and is hoping Atlantis does not take that same hairpin turn.

I'm personally hoping that the soldiers, or alien warriors, with dreadfully outrageous accents show up to taunt them silly.

I can't wait for this episode. I'm sure the hype will build as it approaches. The spoilers, as usual, don't do it justice, I'm sure. Wonder what the cliffhanger will be?
