Ok here's what we know:

• There are four or more Ba'als
• Ba'al gou'lded "The Trust"
• "The Trust" have infiltrated the communication systems and who knows what else
• Ba'al has gou'ld the most powerful CEO's and most likely the Chief Financial Officers in the Business/Finance Economy
• Because of the above point, that's where he gets his money
• Alec Coulson gave the Free Jaffa locations of Ba'al's hideouts on Earth
• The Free Jaffa and SG-1 attacked one of those bases of operation and the Jaffa were able to capture the Ba'al clone
• Ba'al has been building Naquadah laced buildings for the last six months or more
• The Free Jaffa attacking the Ba'al base did not get infected by the Tok'ra symbiote-killing poison which means they are on Tretonin
• Gerak will become a Prior (The Fourth Horseman)
• Ba'al will brainwash the Jaffa High Council members (Stronghold)

This idea I'm proposing is a bit far-fetched but it really could work if it were not for Stronghold and maybe, The Fourth Horseman.

1. We have pics of who Ba'al most likely Gou'lded. We can easily arrest them and kill the Gou'ld symbiotes right?
2. If Gerak would co-operate, we could use the Tok'ra symbiote killing poison on those places.
3. We need to look at all the buildings built in the last six months and beam them away.
4. Finally, we know that we have the poison airborne, right? Now, in Atlantis, Sheppard use a Naquadah generator to kill the little nanobots that was killing everyone. If we explode the poison in Earth atmosphere big enough then it could possibly destroy all the symbiotes. However, that would attract attention.
5. Therefore, we could put the poison in the water supply and dilute it a little. The poison has no effect on normal people but everyone needs water to survive. However, the water may become a blue colour and the Gou'ld would notice and may not drink it.
6. Consequently, we could put the poison in the Air conditioning and similar. It would spread slowly but effectively.

I'd go for the Earth-wide atmosphere explosion because it would destroy all the symbiotes instantaneously and we wouldn't have to deal with them again.
