The point of origin is the same for both gates,
The point of origin for the Beta gate is this.

It's visible on the DHD in "Solitudes." It's the bottom one of the two on the far right: https://stargate.fandom.com/wiki/Bet...aGateDHD11.jpg

After the Beta gate was installed in the SGC at the end of season 3, the Giza gate's point of origin is often visible. This is considered to be a production error as it contradicts the point of origin observed in "Solitudes" and duplicate points of origins are not a thing.

Building on that, then it's possible Martin would not have known about the gate change and thus would be referencing the original point of origin from the Giza gate. Although on the other hand it may have been intentional production as the Giza point of origin is easily recognizable as being a Stargate symbol to the viewer.

I guess it technically is a production error for the wrong point of origin to be shown on the beta gate while it was in use but I think it may be more of a "magic of television" type scenario since the point of origin for the Giza gate was used as the logo on the uniform and in the title card. One other thing that appears to have explanation is that Teal'cs knowledge of the symbol in the pilot would make sense as Ra brought the gate to Earth.

Yeah, that's my guess. The SGC was using the beta gate by this episode, but Martin wouldn't have known that if he was doing all his spying and was drugged before the end of season 3 when the switch occurred.
