Midnight Movies: From the Margin to the Mainstream (Encore, TV-14) In the pre-VCR heyday of cult faves like Rocky Horror, audiences did pot instead of popcorn, and yelling at the screen made you cool, not crazy. John Waters and David Lynch are talking heads on this zippy doc, further proof that dingy little movies (and movie theaters) are a gift from heaven. B+ —Gregory Kirschling
