Yup !
I think it's spelled "niggardliness"....but I prefer to use "thrift".Much easier to spell,and puts a positive spin on the whole "economise till tha squeaks" family motto .

(The volcanoes were cool, though. I made the Gruesomes go on plenty of hikes round them - lots of froglets, no soup dragons though)

I'm not from Yorkshire, but I thought I'd take this opportunity to recall a conversation I once over heard between a Brit and an American. I assume the Brit was telling him about British things, anyway I walked in on the conversation just as the American said "so if I go to Yorkshire I gotta get me some of these *slight pause* puddings?"
