Haven't the slightest clue of a website that does that off the top of my head. But google wraith, jaffa, or gao'uld and see what comes up. You never know what's out there.

Try looking up "Stargate name generator" on Google and you're sure to find something, in fact my father was playing with name generators found on Google a few days ago on other subjects.

I just tried it and found one specifically for Stargate, but it's French. However, just pop your name in and an SG equivalent pops back in red.
