Ok, Feli gave me the go-ahead for this thread, and these have been popular on other forums so I hope they are popular here too. I realise they may seem similar to the "favourite episode in season x" threads but they are not the same.
Basically we begin with the all the episodes from a season, in this case season 3. Everyone votes for their three least favourite episodes from those there. After around 24 hours (or more if there aren't enough votes) then I will tally the votes and the episode with the most votes overall is out (if there's a tie then we vote between the tied episodes). We keep going until there is one episode left, and that ep is crowned the winner of that season. If this is popular then I'll make some for other seasons too
