Telford and record round-trip Stargate travel

It occurred to me that Telford must have the record for the greatest distance travelled by Stargate. At the beginning of the series the Icarus base staff must hold the record for greatest distance by gating to Destiny but by the end of season 1 the Lucian Alliance and Telford then take the record but as of Twin Destinies by successfully gating back to Earth Col. Telford must have the absolute record on maximum distance travelled by Stargate, as he travels from the Milky Way to Destiny then Destiny back specifically to Earth in the MW again, a phenomenal round trip.

Up to the events of SGU it seems to me that it's unlikely that humans held that record, either the Ancients would have done or the Asgard with both of those species being shown to use intergalactic gate travel at least somewhat regularly. I'm assuming that Ida is further away than Pegasus, though of course it's entirely possible that the galaxy that the Asgard call Ida _is_ Pegasus, or perhaps Andromeda.

Either way, it seems unlikely that either the Ancients or the Asgard ever travelled as far as the two groups of travellers shown in the events of SGU, and equally unlikely that any other unknown alien culture would have done given the enormity of the power requirements. Just thought it was kinda neat that Telford became the first person to do a return trip from such an enormous distance, and likely to hold that record for quite some time.
