No its not to do with Time. Ok we know that the kino is essentially a video recorder/probe that flys about. We know from the trailer and other bits that

Now for my thought

what if the kino was flying around and say recorded TJ & Young do it, (picked them going of AH's interview), not only would it lead to Destiny filmed adult movies and a potential blackmail storyline.
