I'm going to exchange it tomorrow at best-buy. I'm just hoping that it's just the one disk and not a whole batch of bad ones and I will be exchanging it for another one of the same batch..Hope they don't have a policy like most shops in my area :" Sorry sir, we do not replace discs once they are opened". When I heard that, I was like...WTF? I replied :" They only way to see if it is working is to open it". They said: "Yes we agree but many people scratch them for fun just to get their money back". I had to drop the convo because it was getting ridiculous

People with too much money...
If the DVD doesn't work, just return it and get an exchange. Your DVD is probably broken.
And if you don't like Vista, give it to your friend or something. Shredding it doesn't solve anything.

I ordered my copy from Creation Entertainment and have already played the disc on my main DVD player, my portable DVD player, and my desktop. My portable DVD player has the exact problem that you mentioned, but my other players work just fine. I suppose it's just one of those things that is far too wonderful for me to understand. Or something like that.

I've played my DVD on two different players and have had no such problems. I can clearly see which option I'm choosing. Have you exchanged the disc at the store yet?
